Shipping policy

 

When will my pants order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 days; please allow up to 2 weeks for limited edition screenprints.

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship worldwide, excluding Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. 

Note regarding international shipments and international delivery times:  

If applicable, orders made outside the US may be subject to tax and customs fees or duties, payable upon arrival. Please check with your local customs for more information. At times, customs clearance procedures may cause a delay in estimated shipping times. We cannot mark shipments as gifts and are not responsible for duties owed. All orders are valued at the purchase price. 

My package was marked as "Delivered," but I can't find it. 

Occasionally, USPS will mark orders as delivered before actually delivering them. This happens more often during the holiday season, but in many cases, it arrives the next day or is being held at your local post office.

If it doesn't show within a week of being marked delivered, please reach out, and we can support further. 

Returns and Refunds 

All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please get in touch with Pants@pantsstudios.com.
