Shipping and Delivery

When will my pants ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days; please allow up to 2 weeks for limited edition screenprints. We offer express shipping at checkout for both international and domestic orders. During the holidays, orders may require a few extra days to process. 

Pants World preorders are actively shipping in the order they were received. Please reach out if you have questions.

USPS Priority: Order by December 18th 

International
USPS Priority Intl: Order by December 8th 
DHL Express: Order by December 18th 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes; with exception to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine. 

Note regarding international shipments and international delivery times:  

If applicable, orders made outside of the US may be subject to tax and customs fees or duties, payable upon arrival with your local courier. Please check with your local customs for more information. At times customs clearance procedures may cause a delay in estimated shipping times. We cannot mark shipments as gifts and are not responsible for duties owed. 

My package was marked as "Delivered" but I can't find it. 

Occasionally USPS will mark orders as delivered before actually delivering it. This happens more often during the holiday season but in many cases it arrives the next day or is being held at your local post office.

If it doesn't show within a week of being marked delivered, please reach out and we are happy to arrange a replacement. 

Returns and Refunds 

All sales are final but if you order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please reach out and we are happy to send a replacement order.
