Shipping and Delivery
When will my pants ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days; please allow up to 2 weeks for limited edition screenprints. We offer express shipping at checkout for both international and domestic orders. During holidays, orders may require a few extra days to process, and occasionally, couriers experience delays.Â

Do you offer local pick up in NYC?Â
We no longer offer local pick-up but are happy to accommodate Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens with messenger service. Please email pants@pantsstudios.com to arrange your order.Â
Do you ship internationally?Â
Yes, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Myanmar, and Crimea Ukraine.Â
Note regarding international shipments and international delivery times:Â Â
If applicable, orders made outside of the US may be subject to tax and customs fees or duties, payable upon arrival with your local courier. In addition, you may be required to communicate directly with your local courier offices, depending on import needs based on your shipping country. Please check with your local customs resources for more information. At times, customs clearance procedures may cause a delay in estimated shipping times. We cannot mark shipments as gifts and are not responsible for duties owed. Please note that for some regions, select products, due to weight or size limitations with USPS, can only ship internationally via Express. My package was marked as "Delivered" but I can't find it.Â
Occasionally USPS will mark orders as delivered before actually delivering it. This happens more often during the holiday season but in many cases it arrives the next day or is being held at your local post office.
If it doesn't show up within a week of being marked delivered, please contact us, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.Â
Returns and RefundsÂ
All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please contact us, and we will be happy to send a replacement.Â
